4. Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

Upon successful payment and verification, the purchased skin(s) will be delivered to your linked Steam account via the Steam trading system. Delivery typically occurs within minutes to a few hours, but in some cases may take up to 24 hours. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Steam trade URL is correct and your account is eligible to receive trades. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect user information, trade restrictions, bans, or Steam-related issues. All items are delivered as-is and subject to Valve’s platform policies. We do not control or manage Steam accounts or inventory systems, and your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms.
5. Sell Items – Terms and Payout Conditions
By listing items for sale on skinshot.org, you agree to the following terms:
1. Item Listing and Review
– Sellers must select the correct game category for the items they wish to sell.
– All submitted listings are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within a few hours, but no
later than 24 hours.
– skinshot reserves the right to reject any listing that violates our policies or raises concerns during the review process.
2. Inventory Handling
– Items remain in your inventory (e.g., Steam or other linked platforms) until sold.
– You must ensure your account is trade-ready and that listed items remain available during the selling period.
– Upon sale, you will be notified to complete the item transfer. Failure to fulfill the transaction may result in penalties or account restrictions.
3. Platform Fee
– A 10% commission fee is applied to the final sale price of all items.
4. Payouts
– Instant Payouts: Funds are released immediately after the buyer completes payment and the item is successfully delivered.
– Payout Setup Required: You must provide valid card payment details in the My Account -> Payout Details section to receive payouts.
– AML Compliance: As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations:
– We may conduct identity verification and risk-based checks prior to processing payouts.
– This may introduce delays in payout processing in certain cases.
– By using our platform, you consent to these procedures and agree to provide additional information
if requested.
5. Compliance and Risk Monitoring
– We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or cancel payouts if we detect fraud, regulatory violations,
or discrepancies in user data.
– All payouts are subject to monitoring and logging in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the item is successfully delivered. However, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the item was not delivered, was delivered in error, or was materially different from the description or not functional due to platform error. Processing of approved refund requests may take up to 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be initiated immediately after processing, but may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution. Transaction fees or payment processor commissions are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or repeated claims.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information, manipulate or interfere with the Website’s operation, or use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the platform.
