Delivery is usually completed within two days but may take up to fourteen days in some cases. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect user information, trade restrictions, bans, or Steam-related issues. All items are delivered as-is and subject to Valve’s platform policies. 5. Sell Items – Terms and Payout Conditions

By listing items for sale on SkinsPoint.net, you agree to the following terms:

1. Item Listing and Review

– Sellers must select the correct game category for the items they wish to sell.

– All submitted listings are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within a few hours, but no
later than 24 hours.

– SkinsPoint reserves the right to reject any listing that violates our policies or raises concerns during the review process.

2. Inventory Handling

– Items remain in your inventory (e.g., Steam or other linked platforms) until sold.

– You must ensure your account is trade-ready and that listed items remain available during the selling period.

– Upon sale, you will be notified to complete the item transfer. Failure to fulfill the transaction may result in penalties or account restrictions.

3. Marketplace Fee

– A 10% commission fee is applied to the final sale price of all items.

4. Payouts

– Instant Payouts: Funds are released immediately after the buyer completes payment and the item is successfully delivered.

– Payout Setup Required: You must provide valid card payment details in the My Account -> Payout Details section to receive payouts.

– AML Compliance: As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations:

– We may conduct identity verification and risk-based checks prior to processing payouts.

– This may introduce delays in payout processing in certain cases.

– By using our platform, you consent to these procedures and agree to provide additional information
if requested.

– Payout Thresholds: Payout requests must be between €10 (minimum) and €5,000 (maximum). Requests below €10 or above €5,000 will not be processed.

However, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the item was not delivered, was delivered in error, or was materially different from the description or not functional due to platform error. Processing of approved refund requests may take up to 5 business days. 7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
